Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management bought Poznan-based shopping mall Stary Browar, western Poland, for some EUR 290 million from its owner, investor Grazyna Kulczyk, representatives of both parties said on Wednesday.
The 4,700 sqm mall hosts 220 shops, restaurants, cafes, a cinema hall, a medical center, an art gallery, office space and a hotel.
