Epiphany - New Public Holiday in Poland

Epiphany (January 6) will be an official public holiday in Poland following Friday's decision of the Sejm Lower House that amended the Labor Code.

The Sejm also decided that employers will not be obliged to give a day off to an employee if a public holiday falls on Saturday.

The bill now proceeds to the upper house.
