FinMin Has "Serious Doubts" on PKO BP - BZ WBK Bank Merger
Poland will have to review potential plans for state-controlled bank PKO BP to buy smaller rival BZ WBK "very carefully" in order to avoid damage to PKO BP, the bank's minority shareholders or state bank BGK, Finance Minister Jacek Rostowski told PAP Thursday.
