The association is urging the government to press Russia to hand over the remains of the crashed plane to Poland, and has claimed that Polish investigators seeking information from Moscow about the crash are dependent on the goodwill of Russian officials, state broadcaster TVP reported.
"The investigation probing the cause of the catastrophe is sluggish, in violation of all ethical and humanitarian norms and standards," the association said in a statement.
Polish president Lech Kaczynski, his wife and scores of senior officials died when their plane crashed April 10 while coming in to land near Smolensk, western Russia, in one of the worst disasters in Polish history.
