Poland signed an agreement to sell a part of its CO2 emission rights surplus to Spain for 25 million euros Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk told a joint conference with his Spanish counterpart Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero.
The funds will be used on environment protection projects in Poland, based on the contract signed between the two states.
