Planned IPOs to Increase WSE Capitalization by 20bn

The Warsaw Stock Exchange will have its capitalization raised by some EUR 20 bln in 2010 from current EUR 108 bln thanks to the planned IPOs, which will bring EUR 7.5-10 bln in new shares on the market, Rzeczpospolita daily reports.

The success of large IPOs planned for 2010 seems a foregone conclusion taking into account Polish pension and investment funds strategies, deputy president of brokerage Trion Ryszard Czerwinski commented for the daily.

Polish stock market will be again among leaders in terms of IPOs value this year, fund manager from Union Investment TFI told the daily.
